Immoral Acts & The Cries of the Souls of the People of Sodom : The Warning of God

Prophet Khidr AS came to me and gave orders for me and my wife and child to go out in the courtyard when it rains and pray for the good of the ummah, and let the rainwater wet my wife and child's bodies during the rain.

Then Prophet Khidr said:

"O Ahmad, indeed rainwater is pure and sent down by Allah out of His Mercy and Compassion for His creation. For some, it serves as a trial for the wrongdoers. Truly, there are many benefits in rainwater, and useful elements for the earth and trees. Perform dhikr and supplicate so that today's rain brings benefit, mercy, and blessings for you and all who follow you. Pray to be spared from any harm that may come with it. This is a good deed that your grandfather, the noble Rasulullah Muhammad (peace be upon him), always did whenever the first rain of the season fell.

O Ahmad, sit and write what I have conveyed to you. Do not feel saddened or troubled in your struggle to uphold the banner and fulfill Allah's commands. The path that Allah has set for you is not an easy one. Remember the story of my brother Musa and the other Prophets as they faced the enemies of Allah. When did Allah’s help come to them? Indeed, Allah's help is near for those who are patient and place their trust solely in Him.

O Ahmad, when Musa met my brother Shu'aib in Madyan, he stayed there for 10 years. After marrying Shu’aib’s daughter and returning to Egypt, only then did Allah grant him a staff and His book, commanding him to call the people to faith in Allah. With the miracles Allah sent to complete his prophethood, not a single one of Pharaoh’s followers believed in Allah. The evil and arrogance of Pharaoh and his followers were manifest in their vile words and oppressive deeds. Even some of Musa’s followers returned to disbelief because of the hardships of their journey to Baitul Maqdis. Allah displayed His power for 40 days, but they still disbelieved. Musa’s journey to Baitul Maqdis was neither short nor easy. After all of Musa’s efforts, standing at the edge of the sea with no escape, it was then that Allah's help descended, and Pharaoh and his army were drowned. Verily, Allah is the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful to His sincere servants who follow His commands and sacrifice their time and wealth. When they reach the point of exhaustion and desperation in their struggle, as Musa and his followers did at the sea, Allah’s mercy will manifest, even in the most impossible situations. Truly, Allah is Most Compassionate, Most Merciful, and the Helper of those who are righteous.

O Ahmad, you will not be questioned by Allah about your struggle in guiding your followers. They will be the ones questioned in their graves. Have they not read the Qur'an and the stories of the Waliyullah, how Allah helped the Prophets, Messengers, and those who call people to Allah? Did Allah’s help come to them (the Prophets, Messengers, and Waliullah) immediately after their prophethood, their appointment as messengers, or their initiation as Waliyullah? No. The clear help of Allah came when they (the Prophets, Messengers, and believers) reached the point of helplessness, grief, and after great sacrifice. Only Allah knows when His help will come. He is All-Wise and All-Knowing.

O Ahmad, on your ship, the names of those who have been appointed by Allah to be at the forefront of carrying out His commands have already been written. Some of them are women, but most are men. Let them be patient, and let them understand your journey. I, Khidr, know their condition. Do not feel alone in guiding your ship, for some of them are truly sincere in standing with you. Verily, Iblis and his followers seek to corrupt the hearts of a few among your followers. Let them understand the whispers of doubt in their hearts. Indeed, the pinnacle of doubt is ignorance, allowing Shaytan to enter the heart and mind. Have they not seen enough of Allah's proofs before their eyes, as witnessed during the first khutbah of the end times? Even so, one among your followers still questions another who has been with you on this journey? Truly, if doubt is planted in their heart, they will find no happiness—only confusion and a clouded mind. Let them repent and be patient.

O Ahmad, a storm and earthquake have occurred as a warning over lands in your country and nearby. The next warning will strike a building filled with the immoral acts of the people of Sodom at a disgusting party. Verily, Allah will deliver a severe warning to the leaders of your country and theirs. Will they allow such vile deeds to persist in their lands until Allah’s wrath descends upon them? I, Balya bin Malkan, will stand atop the ruins of the building they erected in their arrogance, filled with filth and corruption. Indeed, you and I are only warners. And I, Balya bin Malkan, will witness the cries of the souls of the people of Sodom, whose spirits are taken with harsh punishment.

O Ahmad, prepare yourself and carry out the commands to establish trade and build the 'roof' of your ship. Truly, Allah’s blessings and help for your ship will come afterward. Do your followers and the leaders of your ship wait for gold and jewels to fall from the sky into their homes, or for oil to fill their pools before they say, 'I will strive with Ahmad'? Or do they wait until the sun and moon are in your grasp? Indeed, the water beneath their homes does not enter their pools without effort and the tools they use. Allah opens His doors of provision to His servants abundantly. Only those with knowledge, a clean heart, and sound mind can reap the treasures of Allah’s blessings.

O Ahmad, the time for you to meet the fish is near. Fulfill Allah’s command to meet with your followers, those I have informed you about. Approach them with sincerity and listen to their complaints and hopes until Allah opens the way for you and them in every matter. This is the path that your noble grandfather, the Prophet Muhammad, and his companions, as well as the earlier Islamic leaders, took. Among them were some of your ancestors. Let yourself not feel weary, for your noble grandfather, Muhammad, will smile upon your journey of spreading love and mercy to the people aboard your ship.

Go to the place where the sea rages, reaching the edge of the road by tonight. Pray until Allah shows a light in the middle of the ocean and a voice you will recognize.

Ahmad F. Bin Abdullah A. Syams
